Biography
Russian, from workers, member of the CPSU (b) since 1926 . Member of the First World War and Civil War. In 1915 he graduated from the school of ensigns . He commanded the battalion , the captain of the tsarist army. After the October Revolution, he sided with the Soviet government . He was an assistant commander of the regiment , then the commander of the regiment and brigade . He participated in battles against the Petliurites in Ukraine ( 1919 ), the White Poles on the Western Front ( 1920 ), and the Bulak-Balakhovich gangs in Belarus ( 1920 ).
In the Red Army since 1918 ; Acting Commander of the 65th Infantry Regiment, then the 2nd Infantry Regiment of the 8th Infantry Division, commander of the 23rd Infantry Brigade of the 8th Infantry Division, Acting Commander of the Head of the 8th Infantry Division, Assistant Chief of the Infantry Division, commander of the 5th Rifle Corps, deputy commander of the North Caucasus Military District, in 1937 - 1938 commander of the North Caucasus Military District, member of the Military Council under the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR .
Rewards
For heroism in the battle near the village of Guta, he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner ( 1920 ); for initiative and personal courage in battles with white-poles awarded the second Order of the Red Banner ( 1921 ); for courage and skillful leadership of the brigade during its offensive from the Berezina River to the Vistula River received the third Order of the Red Banner ( 1921 ).

Repression
Arrested on January 28, 1938 , sentenced by the HCVF of the USSR on July 29, 1938 to the VMN, and executed on the same day, rehabilitated posthumously April 21, 1956 .
