Jan Odrovonzh senior from Sprova the Odrovonzh coat of arms ( Polish Jan Odrowąż ; died in 1485 ) - a Polish gentry and tycoon , Lviv elder (from 1465), Zidaczewski and Sambir , voivode Podolsky ( 1477-1479 ) and Russian ( 1479-1485 ). In general, Jan Odrovonzhu owned 40 properties (mainly in the Russian Voivodeship), which made him one of the most influential landowners in the state [1] .

Biography
Belonged to the genus Odrovonzhey. His father was the governor of Podolsk and Russian Peter Odrovonzh , his mother - Katarzhina Odrovonzh. He had a brother Andrew (Andrzej) , who was also a governor of Podolsk and Russian, as well as his sister Malgorzatu.
After the death of his brother Andrew ( 1465 ), he became the headman of Lviv, and also received the Odrovoj family estate, among which were Satans , Sędziszów Malopolski and Sambor . In 1477 - 1479 he was a voivode of Podolsk , in 1479 - 1485 - a Russian voivod.
He was married to Beate Tenchinskaya (d. 1517), from whom he had two sons: Jerome (later - the elder of Sambir) and Jan the Younger (later - the elder of Lviv, Sambir, the governor of Belz and Russian). He died in 1485 .
