Located on the Leningrad highway 51 km from the center of Moscow. To the west of the village is the Loptsa River. The population is 73 [1] people. (2010).
History
The name comes from the personal name of Esip , the folk form of the calendar names Joseph , Eleusippus, Eucippus [2] .
Daimler AG is building a plant of the Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus company in the Esipovo industrial park on an area of 85 hectares, known as Muscovy, with a capacity of 25 thousand cars per year. The plant will begin local assembly in 2019. E-class limousines will be produced, and then premium-class SUVs [3] .
