Black is a river in Russia, flowing in the Tomsk region of the Tomsk region and the closed Seversk . The mouth of the river is located 22 km on the right bank of the Tom River, in the village of Orlovka . The river is 39 km long.

Water registry data
According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Verkhneobsk basin district , the water sector of the river is Tom from the city of Kemerovo to the mouth, and the river sub-basin is Tom. The river basin - (Upper) Ob until the confluence of the Irtysh [2] .
