Johan Victor Aarne ( Fin. Johan Victor Aarne , by birth - Lindström Swede. Lindström ; May 6, 1863 , Tammerfors , Grand Duchy of Finland - June 30, 1934 , Vyborg , Finland ) - one of the most famous Finnish jewelers of the XIX – XX centuries; collaborated with the firm Faberge , as a supplier of the Russian imperial court.

Biography
Born on May 6, 1863 in Tammerfors, in the Grand Duchy of Finland, in the family of church clerk Johan Lindström. He studied jewelry at the famous jeweler from Tammerfors - Johan Erik Hellsten.
In 1880 he became an apprentice in a workshop in Tavastehus . From 1880 and 1890 he worked in the workshop of August Holmström , included in the corporation of the Faberge company .
In 1890 he returned to Tammerfors to get the title of master, and within a year kept his own workshop. In 1891 he moved to St. Petersburg, where he worked directly on Faberge until 1904. His workshop was located on the street Demidov, 58 at the intersection with the Catherine Canal. In the workshop worked twenty apprentices and three students. The personal Cyrillic “BA” stigma is present on many Faberge gold and silver enamelled jewelry from this time period. He specialized in photo frames and pushbutton calls.
In 1904, Aarne sold his workshop to Karl Armfeldt and moved to Vyborg , where he was successfully engaged in the jewelry business for another thirty years, bearing the personal stamp “JVA” during this period.
He died on June 30, 1934 in Vyborg.
