It was founded in 1922 . Spends home games at the Gradsky Stadium , which seats 5,000 spectators. The club made its debut in the top division in the 2005/06 season, taking part in the last championship of Serbia and Montenegro , and taking it last 16th place. The following year, Unity participated in the first ever Montenegro championship , but took the penultimate 11th place in it and flew into the second league . A year later, the club returned to the top division, but again was an outsider of the championship and took the last 12th place again flew into the second league. According to the results of the 2011/12 season, Unity once again won the right to play in the top division.
