Zhaohe ( Chinese: . , Pinyin : Ráohé ) is a county in Shuangyashan City District, Heilongjiang Province ( PRC ). The name of the county comes from the river Naolihe flowing in these places.

History
Jaehe County, Jilin Province was formed in 1909.
In 1931, Manchuria was occupied by Japanese troops , and in 1932 the puppet state of Manzhou was formed. In 1934, the division of Manzhou-go into 15 provinces and 1 special city was introduced, and Raohe County became part of the new Sanjiang province. In 1939, the county became part of the new province of Dong'an, and in 1943 - the United Province of Eastern Manchuria.
In 1945, Manchuria was liberated by the Soviet army , and Raohe County became part of the new Hejiang province. In May 1949, Hejiang Province was annexed to Songjiang Province, and in 1954 Songjiang Province was annexed to Heilongjiang Province, and Raohe County became part of the Hejiang Special Region (合 江 专区). In 1960, the Raohe and Hulin counties were merged into the Raohu County (虎 饶 县), but in 1964 they were recreated.
On January 1, 1985, the Hejiang District was liquidated, and Jiamusi City District was formed in its place . In 1993, Zhaohe County was transferred from Jiamusi City District to Shuangyashan City District.
