Setting
The game takes place in the fantasy universe of Majesty . The player controls a powerful demon named Baal , whom the illiterate and mediocre magician Oscar van Fairwater summoned to the mortal world, enclosed a weak imp in the body form and offered to take over the world where Baal will become King and Oscar will be his assistant. The Oscar, initially indicating Baal, soon becomes a subordinate himself - after all, even though Baal appears initially in the form of an imp, he soon begins to actively regain the powers that he possessed in Hell.
Gameplay
In the game it will be possible to build rooms in the dungeon (the size of the rooms is predetermined), summon monsters (which require resources, for example, mushrooms), send monsters on missions (for example, attack the village). Baal-Abaddon also gains experience and gains a level and the player chooses new abilities for him. New technologies are only available for military or construction activities.
Military : attack a village or kill a specific NPC on the map.
Construction : a quest in which you want to build a certain room.
The game has various resources that can be obtained by attacking the village.
Game Process
The game process is divided into two parts: managing the dungeon (building rooms, creating monsters and forming a detachment with an assignment on a world map) and directly managing a detachment of monsters.
The demo shows how the player kills the guards inside the dungeon, comes to the surface and deals with several enemies, after which he selects the quest to save the archaeologist on the world map and manages the squad during its execution.
Co-op passage
The developers said that it is possible to go through the campaign with another person, and a network mode with support for up to 4 people is possible. The network mode is planned not as a battle between players and players, but as a battle of players with the undead, which has its own units and specials. skills.
