Physical Properties
Molybdenum boride forms gray crystals of two modifications:
- α-MoB, cubic crystals, stable up to 2000 ° С;
- β-MoB, rhombic crystals, are stable above 2000 ° C to a melting point of 2180 ° C.
Not soluble in water.
