Gameplay

The game is a parody of American football . All teams in the game represent races and groups from the universe of Warhammer Fantasy - people, orcs, gnomes and others. Between two teams, each with 16 players, each game involves 22 players, 11 from each team. The touchdown is the same as in the real game - the player of the attacking team must deliver the ball to the opponent’s points zone ( end zone ). This can be done in two ways: either the player of the attacking team runs into the points zone with the ball, or he receives a pass while in the opponent’s points zone, the defenders can also do this if they push the opponent with the ball into their points zone.

Initially, the game is turn-based, but it is possible to choose a version of the game in real time. Each match is divided into 2 halves with the possibility of adding additional time. In the game there is such a thing as a game moment - after the ball is put into the game and before the touchdown or until the end of the half. If injury occurs or the player is removed, then replacement is possible only at the end of the game moment.

In a turn-based game, the turn lasts until the coach (that is, you) completes the action by all players, or misses the move, the turn may also be interrupted by the loss of the ball, if it was the player of the coach whose turn, or defeat in a brawl between the players. On his turn, any player can perform the following actions: one movement per number of cells less than / equal to his speed, push the opponent in a neighboring cell, pass the ball to an ally in a neighboring cell, pick up the ball (if the attempt fails, the move ends); the following actions in a move can be performed only once by any one player of the team: give a pass (or throw an ally, yes, this also happens), make a blitz - run up and hit an opponent, as well as hit a lying henchman.

If you play in career mode, the player starts from scratch and creates his own team, buys new team members - players, cheerleaders, additional coaches. If a player wins, he will rise in the table of sports victories and receive more rewards for games that can be spent on improving the team - the purchase of new players, cheerleaders, additional coaches; hold competitions with all the strongest teams. If during the match one of the players is injured or killed, he will need to be replaced with 1 or 7 matches (depending on the injury). You can also treat injured players for money. If you send a wounded player to the match, then there is a big chance that he will be killed.

Experience in the game is represented by "OZI" - points of a star player. When the OZI is enough, the player receives a level. With the level, sports players have the opportunity to choose improvements, such as: an increase in physical parameters (strength, agility, speed), or the acquisition of new skills. Increasing the parameters of players leads to their appreciation, which increases the value of the team as a whole. Upon reaching a certain value of the team, there are expenses for it, which must be borne after each game.

You can also play in cooperative mode , where you and your opponent will play against each other. In a multiplayer game, all players of all races are available at once (any level that your opponents chose at the beginning) and all the abilities that exist (the number of points is also the same for both players). After that, the players go to a rival match.

The Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable Xbox also have a co-op .
