Lempira (leader of the Lenca)

Lempira ( Spanish: Lempira , d. 1537) - Cacique (leader) of the Indian tribe Lenca , opposed the invasion of the Spanish conquistadors led by Francisco de Montejo on the territory of modern Western Honduras .
