Biography
Born in a German family. Since 1939 he worked as an accountant in the collective farm brigade. Since 1942 - the orderly of the construction team Chelyabmetallurgstroy. Since 1947 - a tractor driver.
Graduated from Altai Agricultural Institute . Since 1954, he became deputy chairman of the collective farm. In 1956 he joined the CPSU ; He was an instructor in the Slavgorod city committee of the CPSU. From 1958, he was an agronomist, from 1960-1988. - Chairman of the collective farm. Kirov of the Slavgorod region of the Altai Territory. According to the results of 1973, the economy was recognized as the leader of the all-Union scale [3] .
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 7th convocation (1967-1971) [4] [5] , a deputy of the Council of the Union of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 9th convocation (1974-1979) [6] , and a deputy of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 11th convocation (1984-1989) [7] .
