Biography
Born January 19, 1871 . Nobleman.
He graduated from the School of Law in 1891 [1] , after which he served in the judiciary.
Since 1903, he has been the prosecutor of the Yekaterinodar District Court with the rank of college adviser. [2]
From December 1903 to March 1906 - prosecutor of the Nizhny Novgorod District Court, college adviser . [3]
From 1906, he was a fellow prosecutor of the St. Petersburg Court of Justice, and from 1909, a prosecutor of the Kazan Court of Justice. [four]
Since 1912 - a valid state adviser .
On August 17, 1915, he was appointed director of the Second Department of the Ministry of Justice, and on August 11, 1916 , he was a deputy minister of the interior.
January 4, 1917 appointed to attend the Senate with the production of Privy Councilors . In 1917 - chairman of the Special Commission for the Investigation of Abuses of the War Department.
He was married, had two daughters.
He died in 1931 .
