Etymology

The settlement is located near the river of the same name, the name of which, according to the Stavropol local historian V.G. rocky hill " [4] . In the sources there are variants of the names Tashlyansky [5] , Stavropol Tashla [6] .

Geographical position

Distance to the regional center : 13 km. Distance to the district center : 10 km.

History

The reference book “The administrative-territorial structure of Stavropol from the end of the 18th century to 1920” (2008) provides the following information about this settlement: “Tashlyansky (Tashla) - a farm of the Nadezhdensky ox. Stavropol County . The 1873 list mentions the Tashlyansk farms in the city of Stavropol. Also mentioned in the list for 1916. " [5] .

With the formation of the North Caucasus Territory [7] in 1924, the Tashlyansky farm became part of the Nadezhda village council with a center in the village of Nadezhda , subordinate to the Stavropol district of the Stavropol District [8] . In the same year, a farm named after Comrade Lenin was created in the farm [6] .

According to the “List of Populated Places of the North Caucasus Region” for 1925, there were 66 yards in Tashlyansky with a population of 374 people (178 men and 196 women) [8] .

In 1931, a collective farm was founded in the village of Tashla. Chapaeva (in 1950 merged with the Victory collective farm) [9] .

Infrastructure

In 2012, during the implementation of the target departmental program “Social Development of the Village until 2013”, a gas pipeline was built in the farm [12] .
