Muscat white Magarach

Muscat white Magarach - vintage white liquor wine. Manufacturer - All-Russian National Research Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking "Magarach" RAS in Crimea [1] .

The wine has been produced since 1836 . The wine is made from white Muscat grapes, which grows on the southern coast of Crimea in the village of Otradnoe . Only grapes that have reached a sugar content of 30% are used. The grapes are harvested manually.

In the production of wine, short-term brewing and pulp fermentation technologies are used. At the next stage, alcoholization is carried out. The wine is aged 2 years. For 150 years, the technology for the production of this wine is constantly being improved. At different times, such famous winemakers as: F.I. Gasquet , A.P. Serbulenko , S.F. Okhremenko , A.A. Preobrazhensky .

Characteristics of the wine: alcohol content 13%, sugar 22 g / 100 cubic meters. cm, titratable acids 4-6 g / cu. dm.

Color - from light golden to dark golden. A bouquet with hints of May honey, nutmeg berries, tea rose petals, alpine herbs and citrus fruits. The taste is full, full, buttery with hints of orange peel and a long finish.

At international competitions, wine was awarded: Super Grand Prix Cup, 3 Grand Prix cups, 49 gold and 4 silver medals [2] .
