The peter pyramid

"The Peter Pyramid" ( Russian. "Pyramid of Peter" , ISBN 0-04-440057-8 ) - a book published in 1986 by Lawrence Peter ( born Laurence J. Peter ), the author of the book " The Principle of Peter " (1969). In this book, he drew attention to the widespread distribution of bureaucracy , bureaucracy, and shows the influence of the principle of Peter on a single person.

With real examples, Peter showed how the organization of large organizations is in terms of functioning - with a "gray mass" and influential top managers. Peter proposes (with a bit of humor) dozens of ways to simplify meaningless, complicated procedures and stop processes in which the manager is not interested in the result.
