At the Junior Eurovision 2012 in Amsterdam , where 12 countries were represented, in addition to Azerbaijan, Albania and Israel also debuted [1] . On September 6, 2012, Tair Mammadov, head of public relations for the ITV public television channel , announced the imminent start of the qualifying round, which will be the representative of Azerbaijan. ” [2] On October 9, representatives of the country, Omar Sultanov and Suad Alekperova, were determined [3] [4] .
