Stratonika of Macedonia ( dr. Greek Στρατονίκη της Μακεδονίας ; lived in the 3rd century BC ) is the daughter of the Seleucid king Antioch I Soter and his wife Stratonika .

Stratonica was the wife of the Macedonian king Demetrius II of Aetolia , however the period of their marriage is not known exactly. She bore him a daughter named Apama . Apparently Stratonica remained in Macedonia until 239 BC. e. until she left her husband and went to Syria. The reason for this was the marriage of Demetrius to the epic princess Phthia - the daughter of the Olympics . In Syria, Stratonica called on her nephew Seleucus II Callinic to declare war on the Macedonian king in order to avenge the insult inflicted on her [1] . According to another version, she intended to marry Seleucus. However, Seleucus did not want to get married, he was completely busy restoring control of the fallen Babylonia. In response, Stratonica, taking advantage of the absence of Seleucus, raised an uprising in Antioch . Upon the return of Seleucus, the city was besieged, and Stratonica fled to Seleucia , where she was captured and executed [2] .
