It is part of the Botanovsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Khozhaevsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Khozhaevsky village council.
The distance to the district center of Shuisky by road is 44 km, to the center of the Igumnitsy municipality in a straight line - 20 km. The nearest settlements are Kovrigino , Ekimkovo , Ivankovo .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [3] .
