Content
History
In 1808 - 1809, the Church of the Annunciation was built according to the design of architect V. O. Mochulsky.
In 1946 - 1948, an extensive microdistrict appeared along the avenue, consisting of 92 low-rise residential buildings constructed according to the designs of architects N. V. Baranov , N. M. Nazaryin, M. E. Rusakova, V. M. Fromsellya [3] .
At the present time, at the beginning of Lakhtinsky Avenue, the construction of the Lakhta Center social and business center is under way [2] .
