Biography
Born in the village of Annau, Ashgabat district of the Turkmen SSR, USSR.
In 1994, she graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Culture with a degree in librarian and bibliography , and in 2011, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan.
In the period from April 2004 to August 2010 - Director of the Miras TV Channel. Excellent command of the Turkmen language, with well-defined diction, it attracted the attention not only of viewers, but also the environment of the President of Turkmenistan [3] .
Since August 2010 - Deputy Minister of Culture and Broadcasting of Turkmenistan.
Since December 2010, head of the culture department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
Since 2011, the deputy Khyakima of the Dashoguz velayat for education, culture, healthcare and sports. She became famous for trying to oblige women to wear Turkmen national pants - balaki [4] . While in office, Byagul Nurmyradova freely applied obscene language to her subordinates [5] .
In February 2012, she was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in the field of culture, on April 4, 2014, was relieved of her post due to health reasons. [2]
Since September 1, 2014 - a lecturer at the Turkmen State Institute of Culture [6] .
