It went into operation as part of the starting section of the line.
The station bears the name of the creator of ancient Great Bulgaria, by the name of the street that the line crosses. Located in the vicinity of the transport hub "Hope", known as the "Triangle".
The underground station, shallow (14-15 m.), With side platforms, 104 m long, is in a curve. The walls are covered with porcelain stoneware in green and yellow tones. In the middle of the hall there is an interesting ornament emphasizing the turn of the platforms and suppressing the noise of the incoming train.
