Biography
Rabban Al-Qas was born on July 1, 1949 in Iraq .
In 1973 he was ordained a priest .
On December 6, 2001, Pope John Paul II appointed Rabban Al-Qas Bishop of Amadiah. On February 1, 2002, Rabban Al-Qas was ordained a bishop.
From 2007 to 2010 he was the apostolic administrator of the Archbishopric of Erbil .
