Fuyuy ( Chinese: ù , pinyin : Fùyù ) is a county of Qiqihar City District, Heilongjiang Province ( PRC ). The name of the county is one of the variants of Chinese transcription of the name of the Uyu River flowing through the county.

History
In 1931, Manchuria was occupied by Japanese troops . In 1932, the puppet state of Manzhou was formed. In October 1933, Fuyui County was formed by the authorities of Manzhou-go.
Since August 1958, Fuyu County was part of the Nenjiang Special Region (嫩江 专区, later the Nenjiang District (嫩江 地区)), and when it was temporarily liquidated in 1960-1961, it was directly subordinate to Qiqihar. When the Nenjiang District was disbanded in 1985, Fuyui became a county of Qiqihar City District.
Population
In 1755-1757 the Fuyuysky Kyrgyz were relocated here , so the Fuyuisky-Kyrgyz language prevails in the region.
Also in the county there is the village of Sanjiazi ( Chinese : 三家 子 , pinyin : Sānjiāzi , literally: “three families”); ( Manchu : ᡳᠯᠠᠨ
ᠪᠣᠣ,: ilan boo), which is one of the few villages whose elderly residents are considered to be one of the last speakers of the Manchu language [1] .

Adjacent administrative units
Fuyui County in the east borders with Ian County, in the north - with the city district of Nehe, in the northwest - with the county of Gannan, in the west - with the Mailis-Daursky National District, in the southwest - with the districts of Jianhua and Tefeng, in the south - with the Daqing urban district.
Economics
Mostly agriculture: crop and livestock. Production of paper, liquor and milk. [2]
Transport
The county runs the National Highway 111 .
