The Ministry of Government of the Republic of Croatia ( Croatian Ministarstvo uprave Republike Hrvatske ) is the central executive authority of the Republic of Croatia in the field of public administration. The task of this specific ministry is to create a modern public administration system in accordance with the best practices of the European Union, which will ensure the provision of fast and reliable public services to citizens and others. The Ministry of Management is entrusted with the obligation to carry out horizontal measures that are important for the effective work of all state bodies involved in the system and organization of public administration and local (regional) self-government, planning and human resource management in the civil service: professional training and professional development and legal status of employees government bodies and local and regional self-government, ensuring the consistency of grazhdeniya throughout the public service, strengthening the level of ethics in the public service, to ensure minority representation in state bodies and local (regional) self-government according to the law, the administrative procedures and checks.

The terms of reference of the ministry include the political and electoral systems, the personal status of citizens, the registration of political parties, foundations, and the making of certain entries defined by individual laws; tracking the use and application of modern methods in the field of public administration, the features of the use of computer and communication systems and the introduction of new technologies in the work of public administration in the provinces , the tasks of the International Commission on Civil Status, the implementation of international cooperation on administrative law, public administration and local self-government .
