It is part of the Zhitievsky rural settlement [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Filinsky village council.
The distance to the district center of Syamzhi by road is 14.5 km, to the center of the municipality of Zhityev in a straight line - 6 km. The nearest settlements are Yarygino , Alferovskaya , Myakotikha .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
