Content

Story

The game is based on a comic book series about the mystical superhero Spawn . Unlike other games about Spawn, the plot in this game is different and is a continuation of the original plot from the comics. Spawn must save Sayen: the daughter of his ex-wife Wanda at the hands of evil demons from hell.

Gameplay

The game is a hybrid side scroller in the Beat 'em up genre. Spawn must pass the level while destroying enemies.

Ratings and Opinions

Todd McFarlane's Spawn: The Video Game received average ratings from critics. Electronic Gaming Monthly rated the game at 6.12 out of 10 [1] , and Nintendo Power - 3.33 out of 5 [1] . The average rating made by users on the GameSpot site is 7.1 points [2] .
