Political structure of New Zealand is a constitutional monarchy with parliamentary democracy. The unicameral parliament has 120 members in the House of Representatives. Of the members of parliament, 20 ministers are appointed, who make up the executive body - the Cabinet of Ministers. The constitution as such is absent in the country.
The Cabinet of Ministers is headed by the Prime Minister of New Zealand, today it is Jacinda Ardern .
Elections are held every three years.
