In 2000, Tyler Lawlor took part in the Summer Olympics in canoe doubles competitions. Tyler's partner became Benoit Gauthier . The Canadian couple in the preliminary round scored 311.11 points and took the 9th place, which did not allow them to go to the finals of the competition, where the 8 best crews passed.
