Zlatko Tomčić ( Croatian Zlatko Tomčić , July 10, 1945, Zagreb, Croatia, SFRY) is a Croatian politician, former chairman of the Croatian Peasant Party and speaker of the Croatian Sabor of the 5th convocation.

Biography
In 1995, elected to the Chamber of Deputies of the bicameral then Croatian parliament. During the fourth convocation from 2000 to 2003, he was Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies and Chairman of the Sabor of Croatia, and from February 2 to February 18, 2000 he served as President of Croatia.
In 2005, the KHP faction in parliament consisting of ten deputies split into a support group for Tomcic and others who insisted on a change of leadership. In the election of the party leader in December 2005, Tomcic opposed Josip Friscic and was defeated. After losing, he surrendered his deputy mandate and resigned from politics.
As of 2011 , Tomcic is the CEO of a successful construction company [1] . In this regard, it should be noted that in the fifth Croatian government of Nikits, Valentic Tomcic for some time headed the Ministry of Construction and Environmental Protection.
