Dream is a station of the Krasnoyarsk Railway in the village of Sonskoye in the Bogradsky District of the Republic of Khakassia . It is located on the Achinsk - Tigey line, 317 km from Achinsk , 118 km from Tigey and 143 km from Abakan . It was opened in 1916 during the construction of the Achinsk-Minusinsk railway . Named along the river Dream , flowing nearby.

The station is on a ledge: the relief increases on the west side of the station, and decreases on the east. Below is the village of Sonskoye. Track development is represented by 5 ways, manual arrows. There are two passenger platforms: the island, between the first and second routes, and the side, located together with the station on the east side of the station. Station is a little below the tracks. Inside the station there is a waiting room for passengers, the ticket office has been closed since June 1, 2012. Now the sale of tickets is organized directly in the cars. The closest operating cash desks are at the stations of Erbinskaya and Shira.
Until the beginning of the 1990s, the station had a fan depot , changing locomotives of passing trains. Now the depot is destroyed.

Until May 23, 2013, the Krasnoyarsk-Abakan train ran on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, back on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (daily until the summer schedule of 2011).

Sonsky Tunnel
The Sonsky tunnel 755 m long is located 7 km north of the Son station. Passes through Batenevsky ridge . Since 1998, it has been closed for reconstruction to expand the arch for electrification. In the mid-1990s, the construction of a temporary detour through the Batenevsky Ridge began, instead of a tunnel. A deep indentation was opened at the top, which became a fracture of the profile on a new detour and was called the Sonsky Pass. The bypass turned out with steep slopes: 18 thousandths in one direction (south, towards Abakan) and 20 thousandths in the other (towards Achinsk). In this regard, freight trains followed by pushers in this section. In fact, the reconstruction of the tunnel is not carried out, so a temporary detour gradually turns into a permanent one. But the difficulty to overcome forced steep climbs remains. And the need for electrification of the entire line gradually disappeared due to the decrease in the movement of trains along the line in recent years.
