Biography
Sibling of architects G.P. Yevlanov and A.P. Yevlanov . He received a certificate from the TSK Ministry of Internal Affairs for the right to carry out work on the civil construction and road parts in 1897. For some time he worked as an assistant in the architectural workshop of R. I. Klein [1] . During private architectural practice, he was often engaged in reconstruction and overhaul of buildings. In 1926 he worked as an architect of the Moscow Council of Consumer Societies [2] .
According to art historian M.V. Nashchokina , the most significant work of Yevlanov is the Boldyrev’s tenement house on Yauzsky Boulevard in Moscow [2] .

- House of N. I. Manin (1901, Malye Kamenschiki Street );
- The house of O.K. Chibisova (1901, First Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street ) was not preserved;
- The apartment building of I. I. and N. I. Boldyrev, together with G. A. Gelrich (1908, 13 Yauzsky Boulevard (left building) [4] ;
- Service buildings in the possession of A. V. Mezdrikova (1908, Sokolniki) were not preserved;
- House of the Rector of the Jerusalem Patriarchal Compound (1908, Filippovsky Lane , 20);
- Tenement House of the Society for the Charity of Aged Artists (1909, Krasnaya Presnya , 30);
- Apartment building (1910, 29 Kazakova street );
- The restructuring project of the apartment building in the possession of the Gribov brothers, together with G. A. Gelrich (1910-1912, 3 Chaplygina Street ), was not implemented;
- House of I. I. Boldyrev (1912-1913, Zubovsky Boulevard ), built on;
- Apartment building (1913, Fakelny lane, 9/11).
