Tause (also known as darha , doa ) is Indonesia’s poorly studied Papuan language, spoken by about 350 people (West Ozerskaya Plain, southwest of Danau Bira, Deraposi region, northeast of Fayu, northwest of Edopi) . Tause only came into contact with this world in 1982. It has dialects of tause, veerate, deirate. It refers to the languages of Fayu and Kirikiri . There are no Indonesian speakers, and some residents also use the Fayu language.
