Sulka is a supposedly isolated Papuan language that is scattered throughout the eastern tip of the island of New Britain . It is spoken in Papua New Guinea , in the province of East New Britain , in the region of East Pomio, on the coast of White Bay. There is some evidence that it can be associated with stake and buyin languages . It has a number of dialects.
