Vitaliy Aleksandrovich Belousov (born October 31, 1992 , Kamensk-Uralsky , Sverdlovsk Region ) is a Russian motorcycle racer. Engaged in cinder speedway, motorcycle racing on ice, motocross. Master of Sports of Russia of international class . European and World Junior Speedway Champion in team classification, bronze medalist of the European Championship among couples. Speedway
Originally from Kamensk-Uralsky . He began to engage in motocross from the age of 6. Trained by Sergei Shcherbinin [1] . Achievements: champion of the Eastern European Cup in the 65 cm3 class of 2004, bronze medalist of the Russian Championship in the class of 65 cm3 2004, silver medalist of the UrFo championship in the class of 85 cm3 2007. Also silver medalist of the Russian Enduro Cup 2008 [2] .
From the age of 14 he has been engaged in a speedway cinder. Already in 2007, he won medals of the Russian Championship among young men: in the 80 cm3 class - the bronze of the team championship, in the 125 cm3 class - the gold of the team championship and personal bronze [3] .
In 2008, he represented Kamensk-Uralsky in junior competitions (both in the individual and team championships). In the 2008 season, it is especially worth noting the victory of the Kamensk-Uralsky team in the fourth stage of the KPRY (group A), where Vitaly Belousov scored 14 points out of 15.
In 2009, he made his debut in the KCR in the Mega-Lada race against the Turbine on June 18. In his first race he fell (3rd race. D. Ivanov, Povazhny, Loktaev, Belousov-P), as well as in the second (7th race: E. Saifutdinov, Loktaev, Karachintsev, Belousov-PI). In the third, he finished fourth (11th race: E. Saifutdinov, Gizatullin, D. Ivanov, Belousov). The meeting ended with the victory of the Turbine 28:62. The first point was earned in the Vostok - Mega-Lada match on June 26 (3rd race: 3. Gafurov, D. Ivanov, Belousov, Tarasenko).
In 2010 and 2012 - the strongest junior of Mega-Lada in SRH; becomes one of the leaders of the junior speedway national team of Russia. In 2011, achieves the title of champion of Europe [4] and the world [5] in the team championship among juniors; bronzes of the European Championship among juniors in the individual championship; in the same year, stops a step from the podium of the Personal Championship of Russia. In 2013, he won the team championships of Russia in both junior and adult standings. In 2014 , in his first adult season, he won the bronze of the personal championship of the country and again won with the KCR, “Mega-Lada”, becoming at the same time the most successful driver of the championship.
Since 2010, takes part in 2PL races: in 2010 he played one match for Ostrovia, in 2011 he played for the same club during the season. In 2012, after raising Ostroviya in the class to 1PL, he remained in 2PL - in Kolyeazh from Opole [6] . In 2013, he spent 2 races for another Koleyazh - from Rawicz (1PL), the rest of the season he played in Victoria ( Pyla ) (2PL). Before the season of 2015, he moved to the club of the first Polish league - Ozhel Lodz.
He also participated in races of the German League.
Since 2014 - Member of the Russian national speedway team at the World Cup .
In 2015, the Munkebo club, for which Vitaly spent 3 races of the season, became the winner of the Danish Speedway League.
On September 30, in Togliatti, during the Anatoly Stepanov Memorial, he collided with a driver Artyom Laguta, which led to a serious spinal injury. There is no threat to the athlete’s life, but lengthy rehabilitation is required to fully restore the functions of the lower extremities [7] . The rider had two operations, the third is ahead.

Ice Racing
He has been engaged in ice speedway since he was 15 years old. In the 2008–2009 season he made his debut as part of the “Regional Center” from Kamensk-Uralsky to the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (2nd place) and the LPRYu (15th place).
