The Paris Chamber of Commerce ( Fr. Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris ), abbreviated CCIP , is one of the 169 chambers of commerce and industry of France . This is a government agency comprising 84 elected heads of industrial enterprises of the country. It includes approximately 410,000 enterprises in the city of Paris and the departments of Hautes-de-Seine , Saint-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne , which create 20% of France's GDP . It has its representative offices in the departments where it is engaged in the field of economic and industrial life.

XIX century
The Chamber of Commerce of Paris consisted of 31 members, chaired by the Senate prefect; the chamber had a trade and political library, it was in charge of higher and secondary commercial schools [1] .
