“Little Talks” is the debut single of the Icelandic indie folk band “ Of Monsters and Men ”. The song was released as the lead single from the band 's first album, “ My Head is an Animal ” . The song also hit the Into the Woods mini-album. A video was shot for the song.

In 2011, after performing at the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival, the band recorded Little Talks at the Seattle Radio Station KEXP-FM. In August 2011, the song went on rotation on Philadelphia radio, so the band began to gain popularity in the United States .
On August 16, 2012, the song reached number one on the Irish singles chart .
On February 2, 2012, a video was released via YouTube .
