Skubashevsky, Stanislav Valerianovich

Stanislav Valerianovich Skubashevsky (b. 05/30/1949, village Golenishchevo, Chemerovetsky district, Khmelnitsky region) - Ukrainian politician. Member of the Party of Regions since 2001, member of the Presidium of the party since April 2008.

Biography

He graduated from the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute , where he studied in 1966-1976 on fur. faculty, mechanical engineer, mechanical equipment of ferrous metallurgy plants.

In 1966-1968, an employee of the Donetsk branch of Giprograd , a carpenter at the Donetsk Precision Engineering Plant.

In 1968-1970 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR in Tashkent.

In 1970-1977 at the Komsomol work. In 1977-1982 at the party work in the city of Donetsk.

Member of the Budyonovsky District Council of Donetsk (1980-1994).

In 1982-1983, the deputy head of the smelting shop, the deputy chief engineer for labor and nature protection of Donetsk Production Association Donetskvtortsvetmetall.

In 1983-1990, the second secretary, first secretary of the Budyonovsky district committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, in 1990-1994, the chairman of the Budyonovsky district Council of People's Deputies of Donetsk.

In 1994-1996, Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk Regional Council of People's Deputies, Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Production Director of ATZT "RaDon".

Since 1995 - Member of the Liberal Party of Ukraine (LPU), member of the Political Council of the Party [1] .

In 1996-1998, an assistant consultant to the People's Deputy of Ukraine.

In 1998-2002, Deputy Head, Head of the Secretariat, Head of Staff, Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

In 2002-2005, the head of the Prime Minister’s Service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In 2006-2010, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the V, VI convocations: 2006-2007. (from PR No. 95 in the list) and 2007-2010. (from PR No. 118 on the list). Member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Rules of Procedure, deputy ethics and ensuring the activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

From February 25, 2010, he was the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (until April 2011, he was simultaneously the head of the Main Directorate for Regional and Personnel Policy). He declared 1.9 million hryvnias of income in 2011: 297 thousand hryvnias amounted to his salary, 1 million 440 thousand hryvnias - income from the disposal of property, 193 thousand hryvnias - pension [2] . According to the same income declaration, Skubashevsky owns Chevrolet Evanda, Volkswagen Phaeton and Mercedes ML350 cars. (In 2010, he declared 393,419 hryvnias of income.)

By the parliamentary elections of 2012 in Ukraine took 14th place in the list of PR [3] .

He was awarded the Order of Merit, III degree (1999), Certificate of Merit of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2004), Certificate of Merit of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2009). Honored Economist of Ukraine (2003).

Married, two daughters, daughter Olga (b. 1974) - Associate Professor of the National Pedagogical University. M. Drahomanova.
