Biography
He graduated from the National College in Takne, then - the military school of Chorrillos.
- 1946 - promoted to captain, became assistant to the president José Bustamante y Rivero
- 1948-1951 - instructor at the school of artillery (Escuela de Artilleria Peruano del Ejército), since 1951 - its professor
- 1955-1960 - Head of the Research and Development Department at the Higher Military Academy (Guerra High School), at the same time the head of the artillery group Mariscal Mar Nr. 6
- 1960-1963 - Head of the Information Department, then - Chief of Staff of the first light division
- 1963-1966 - Professor at the Center for Applied Military Studies
