Bukholovo (platform)

Bukholovo is a stopping point / passenger platform for the Riga direction of the Moscow Railway in the urban district of Shakhovskaya, Moscow Region. The platform is located next to the village of Stepankovo , on the other side of the platform is the village station Bukholovo . The center of the city district - Shakhovskaya - is located 15 km from the platform.

Closed former station building

This stopping point is located on a single-track electrified section. The platform is lateral, the only high, designed to receive a 12-car composition. An unused low side platform adjoins it from the west. Located on the north side of the path. The station building, located before the start of the platform opposite the rail crossing, is closed and abandoned (according to the project, the post-war building is similar to the station at the neighboring Shakhovskaya station). Cashier does not work. Turnstiles are not equipped.

In Bukholovo, only suburban electric trains with the Moscow Rizhskaya - Shakhovskaya message stop and back. Express electric trains from Moscow on the platform also do not stop.

Previously, Bukholovo was a two-way junction, now the second way is disassembled.
