The total body length is from about 10 cm ( Minous coccineus , Trachicephalus uranoscopus ) to 60 cm ( Synanceia horrida ) [4] . The warthog has a relatively large head and naked body, with the exception of submerged scales located along the lateral line and on other parts of the body, usually covered with skin glands. There are poison glands near the bases of the spines of the dorsal fin, which secrete neurotoxin , which is the most powerful and dangerous of fish poison and can be deadly for people. These fish are especially dangerous because of their similarity to the stones lying on the bottom, since they usually lie partly submerged in the ground. There is usually no swimming bladder [5] .
Distributed in the Indian and Pacific Oceans [4] .
