"Tulpar" ( Kazakh. Tulpar ) is a Kazakhstani mini-football club from the city of Karaganda .

History
IFC "Tulpar" was founded in 2001 in Karaganda [2] . Since the same year, participates in the championship of Kazakhstan in futsal . By the number of titles, “Tulpar” is the second club in the country after the Alma-Ata “ Kairat ”.
In the 2003-2004 season, Tulpar won the country's Cup for the first time in its history.
In February 2006, “Tulpar” withdrew from the championship, protesting against bias against the club by judges and the leadership of the futsal department, lobbying for the interests of “Kairat” [3] . The club also missed the next season.
In 2007, Tulpar merged with the Ikar club in Karaganda and entered the championship under the name Ikar-Tulpar [4] [5] . Two-time winner of the Super Bowl of Kazakhstan. In 2011, he defeated the Kairat Alma-Ata in the total of two matches [6] .
Until the beginning of 2013, the head coach of the team Amirzhan Mukanov was also the coach of the national team of the country [7] . In fact, the club is the base for the national team of Kazakhstan [8] [9] .

History of Tulpar Futsal Club
Mini-football club "Tulpar" was founded on October 1, 2001 . In the year of debut 2001-2002. the team took fourth place out of 15 teams and became fifth in the Ural Cup-2002 tournament. In the 2002-2003 season, “Tulpar” became the silver medalist of the V Championship of Kazakhstan and reached the semi-finals of the Kazakhstan Cup. Also this season, the team took part in the first Tulpar Cup International Tournament and became its owner. Over the years, the strongest teams from Russia participated in the prestigious Tulpar Cup tournament in Kazakhstan: Moscow Spartak, Norilsk Nickel, Dina, Spartak-Shchelkovo, Tyumen, as well as national teams and teams from the CIS countries: Ekol (Azerbaijan), national teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
In the 2003-2004 season, Tulpar won silver again and for the first time in the club’s history became the owner of the Kazakhstan Cup. In the next season 2004-2005, the team takes second place in the VII Championship of Kazakhstan and enters the semifinal of the Cup of Kazakhstan.
From the beginning of the creation of the club in breeding, the coaching staff has sought to invite extraordinary players with their own “I” in the team who can play non-standard. Therefore, already at the beginning of the existence of Tulpar, such players as Sioridze, Rudnitsky, Lermontov, Kravchenko played in the team. In the course of the first season, the first nonresident footballer Maxim Batov from Ekibastuz was invited - a fast player who knows how to beat any defender one on one. Later the first legionnaires from Ukraine appeared - Shpichka and Kostenko. But the “Tulpar” team has become a truly original team since 2003, when Russian legionnaires Kuznetsov, Ilnitsky, and later Samokhvalov, Krasilnikov, Konnov and Chudinov were invited, involving Kazakhstani players Reshetnikov, Karimov and Yerzhanov.
In order to take first place in the VIII Championship of Kazakhstan, it was decided to strengthen the composition of the team by Brazilian footballers: Biro Jade, Mukado and Roni. At the beginning of the 2005/2006 season. the team stood out in its good handwriting, unlike the others. She could play different combinations in different footballs. But after the 13th round of the Championship of Kazakhstan, it was decided to withdraw from the Championship of Kazakhstan, in connection with the financial problems of the club.
After the dissolution of the Tulpar main team, the club’s leadership, professionally, was given to the Tulpar-2 junior team. In the 2006-2007 season , her senior graduates of 1988-89 years of birth made up the Tulpar youth team. This season the team did not take part in the Championship of Kazakhstan, but became the winner of the Championship of the Karaganda region and the owner of the Cup of the Karaganda region −2007. During this period, Tulpar successfully performed in the Golden Autumn 2006 tournament in Astana. In the semi-finals with the Kyzylorda “Tour Arom”, the Tulpar team lost in the penalty shootout (regular time 6: 6) and took third place. The team received a cash prize and an audience prize. In addition, Alexander Dovgan became the top scorer, and Chingiz Yesenamanov recognized as the best defender of the tournament.
In the 2007-2008 season , a new team is being created on the basis of two Karaganda teams “Tulpar” and “Icarus”. At the X Championship of Kazakhstan, Karaganda was represented by the united team “Tulpar-Icar”, the basis of which was composed of pupils of the Tulpara Karaganda mini-football school, also strengthened by the Brazilian legionnaires I live, Shui and Geraldo. At the end of the season, Tulpar-Ikar took 4th place.
In the 2008-2009 season, the team again performs under its familiar name “Tulpar”. During the pre-season preparation, the team won the VIII International Issyk-Kul Games in Kyrgyzstan and became the second at the V International Tournament “Tulpar Cup”. In the Cup of Kazakhstan 2008/09 "Tulpar" took third place. In the XI Championship of Kazakhstan "Tulpar" is fighting for prizes in the playoff stage.
At the end of 2008, the youth team of Kazakhstan , headed by the head coach of the team Amirzhan Mukanov, reached the final of the first European Championship (U-21). The backbone of the youth team was made up of Tulpar IFC players: Esenamanov, Dovgan, Pershin, Nurgozhin, Grebonos, Taku, Mukanov, Kozulkin.
In February 2009, the national team of Kazakhstan, led by head coach Amirzhan Mukanov, entered the next qualifying round of the European Championship 2010. The basis of the team was made up of young Tulparov players: Esenamanov, Dovgan, Pershin, Pengrin, Nurgozhin.
In the 2009/2010 season, “Tulpar” was one step away from winning the Kazakhstan Cup, but in the final in Karaganda lost to “Kairat” 2-4. This season was silver for the team in the Championship of Kazakhstan.
In the 2010/2011 season, IFC “Tulpar”, after 7 years, again becomes the owner of the Kazakhstan Cup, having beaten its eternal rival Almaty “Kairat” in the final in the city of Kostanay, with a score of 3: 2. In the 2010-2011 season. Karaganda residents already ahead of schedule for three rounds before the end of the championship became silver medalists, in addition, this year the Kazakhstan team led the entire coaching staff of IFC Tulpar, and the backbone of the team was eight Karaganda residents.
2011/2012 also became significant in the history of the club. Having won in two matches, Almaty Kairat (September 2 in Almaty - 3: 1 and September 25 in Karaganda - 2: 1) IFC “Tulpar” won the Super Cup of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, this season the team won the Cup of Kazakhstan for the third time and became the silver medalist of the Championship of Kazakhstan, 1 point behind the champion of Kairat.
2012/2013 for the seventh time in history they became silver medalists of the Championship of Kazakhstan and owners of bronze medals of the First Cup of the European Cup Winners Cup in Yugorsk.
