Biography
Khatip Sarvarovich Fazylov [1] was born on April 24, 1960 in the village of Yanaulovo, Abzelilovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In 1979 he graduated from the art department of the Ufa Art School.
As part of the creative group of artists of Russia, he worked at the Academic Dacha named after Ilya Repin (Vyshny Volochek, Tver Oblast), then in the creative laboratory of the artists of the Turkic-speaking countries of the Turksoy Foundation (Turkey).
Since 1980 - participant of republican, regional, zonal, all-Russian, all-union, international and group exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1990.
In 1995 he headed the Artysh creative association of artists. Since 2001 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of Artists of the Republic, since October 2005 - Chairman of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Belarus.
Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus (2001,2012). He lives in Ufa.
Head of TO "Artysh" since 1995 .
