Biography
Born in the Tambov province in the family of a non-commissioned officer. He graduated from the Orenburg Real School (1902), the Kazan Cadet School (1909). He participated in the Russian-Japanese and World War I. Colonel of the 13th Turkestan Rifle Regiment.
In the spring of 1918 he participated in an anti-Soviet rebel organization in Kazan. In early August 1918 he arrived in Izhevsk, where he became one of the leaders of the workers' anti-Bolshevik uprising. A detachment was formed, which became the core of the Izhevsk Army, on August 13, 1918, was appointed its commander. In early September, he became commander of the Prikamsky People’s Army. On October 15, he left his command and left for Ufa, where in November he joined the Kolchak Siberian Army . Military commandant of Tomsk. In May 1919 he was appointed assistant commander of the Izhevsk SD.
After the defeat of the Kolchak army, he emigrated to China, then to the United States. Awarded 5 orders.
