Plantamour, Emil

Emil Plantamour ( Émile Plantamour , 1815–1882) is a professor of astronomy in Geneva. Known for determining longitude differences by telegraph, moreover, improved hippo chronographs were introduced, as well as observations on the swing of pendulums and various meteorological works.
