Biography
Russian, Orthodox. He studied at the Medical Faculty of St. Petersburg University , but soon after March 1, 1887 (“the second of March 1st”), together with many other students, was expelled for participating in student unrest. He graduated from Yuriev University in 1893, received the title of doctor [1] . He defended his doctoral thesis at the St. Petersburg Medical-Surgical Academy , received the title of doctor of medicine. He began work as a district zemstvo doctor in the Bugulma district of the Samara province . He became a member of the county district council.
On March 26, 1906, Andreev was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation of the total electors of the Samara provincial electoral assembly. After that he was arrested. Released from prison 3 days before the opening of the First State Duma. He was a member of the Labor Group . Commissioner on civil equality. He signed statements: “On civil equality”, “On the order of occupation of the State Duma”, “On the formation of local agrarian committees”. He organized a committee of the Labor Group in Bugulma district .
For signing the Vyborg Appeal , he was sentenced to 3 months in prison and was deprived of voting rights. He maintained contacts with the Labor Group after the dissolution of the State Duma of the II convocation .
He died in 1913.
