Biography

In 1970 he graduated from a secondary school in the city of Orsha ( Belarus ), at the same time - correspondence mathematical school at Moscow State University . He studied at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov .

After graduating from Moscow State University in 1976 , he worked as an engineer in the design bureau of NPO Energia ( Podlipki , Moscow Region ). Since 1979 - in full-time postgraduate study at the Moscow Aviation Technological Institute ( MATI ) [1] , in 1982 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty "Automated information processing and control systems" [2] .

Since 1982, teaching at the Brezhnev Polytechnic Institute, assistant at the Department of Higher and Applied Mathematics. In 1985 he moved to Abakan . He worked as a senior teacher, head of the department of higher mathematics in the Abakan branch of the Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute . Since 1989 - Head of the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering of the Abakan State Pedagogical Institute , Associate Professor .

Engaged in social and political activities since 1989 . In 1990-1995 - Member of the Khakass Regional Council of People's Deputies, deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia of the first convocation. In February 1992, he was elected First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia. In 1993, with the support of the Choice of Russia bloc, he ran for the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, was not elected.

April 29, 1995 was elected head of the administration of the city of Abakan . He was re-elected in April 1999 , in March 2004 , in March 2008 , in September 2013 and in September 2018 .

Married, has two daughters.
