The Rostelecom Cup 2012 Tournament or the ISU Rostelecom Cup Figure Skating Grand Prix 2012 is the fourth stage of the 2012–2013 Figure Skating Grand Prix . Passed in Moscow from November 9 to 11, 2012 . The tournament is organized by the Russian Figure Skating Federation with the support of the ISU .
