Biography
She graduated from Ankara State School and began to engage in professional swimming. In 1982, she moved to Istanbul with her family. In 1983, Hulia Avshar made her debut as an actress in the movie "Prohibition." For all the time she starred in more than 70 films, where she played the main roles. Avshar starred in such directors as Orkhan Aksoy , Sinan Cetin , Orkhan Elmas , Sheriff Gohren , Bilge Olgach , Yavuz Ozkan , Halit Refig and Irfan Tezyum [4] . In the 1980s, Avshar starred in many films with Ibrahim Tatlises [4] . Winner of the main prize of the Moscow International Film Festival . She was married to Kaya Chilingiroglu, in 2005 the couple divorced. From this marriage has a daughter Zehru.
In 2005, Hulia Avshar played in the film adaptation of Perikhan Magden 's novel “Two Girls”, shot by Kutlug Ataman [4] . Since 2015, Hula has been playing Safiye Sultan in the series The Magnificent Century: Kösem Sultan . She is currently shooting an autobiographical film called Selfie, which will be released in late 2017. .
