Naum Moiseevich Naish (born September 23, 1942 , Chelyabinsk ) is the director of the center for scientific and technical development of the Scientific and Technical Center Transmash, academician of the Transport Academy of Ukraine (TAU), the Academy of Engineering of Ukraine, honored worker of TAU, honored inventor of Ukraine , laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in areas of science and technology .

Biography
He was born in the family of Moses Naumovich Naish (1912-1996), an engineer, and Rachel Zakharovna Ioffe (1919-2000), a neuropathologist.
From 1959 he worked as a mechanic, then as a design engineer at the Transport Engineering Plant named after V. A. Malysheva and at the same time studied at the Kharkov Aviation Institute ; graduated in 1965 with a degree in aircraft engines with the qualification of mechanical engineer.
Since 1967 - design engineer at the Voroshilovgrad diesel locomotive plant (now PJSC Luganskteplovoz). In 1969-1971 - the head of the test group of floating tracked conveyors in a special design department, then - the head of the engine design bureau of the Central Design Bureau (until 1979), the head of the automation brake sector (until 1980). In 1980-1989 - Head of the new diesel locomotive and reliability department, then - deputy chief engineer of the locomotive building association. Since 1995 - Deputy Technical Director for New Technology and Modernization of PJSC Luganskteplovoz. From October - 2012 - Director of the Center for Scientific and Technical Development, the enterprise of PJSC SPC Transmash
He conducted tests and introduced into production freight mainline diesel locomotives, gas and diesel locomotives, diesel and electric trains. He leads the development of a new generation of freight electric and shunting diesel locomotives. The head of the expert group on the implementation of promising solutions regarding the saving of material and energy resources, reducing labor intensity, increasing the competitiveness of products, forms the scientific and technical policy for the development of the enterprise.
The author of more than 70 copyright certificates and patents for inventions, 38 of which were put into production with an economic effect of more than 17 million US dollars; more than 30 scientific papers; He is a member of the editorial boards of the scientific and technical journals Lokomotiv-Inform and Transmash.
